The Brookfield I & E Club was established to provide an opportunity for people to network, learn from experienced entrepreneurs/inventors and obtain support for new endeavors in Waukesha County. Whether starting a new business, improving an existing business or developing an invention, the resources shared in these meetings will benefit a wide variety of innovators.
The meeting is free and open to anyone interested in fostering their potential in creating economic opportunities for themselves and their communities.
"I continue to return because of what I found at the very first meeting and every meeting since," said Jim Fay of FAY'S2 Suspension, a regular attendee of the meetings. "The facilitators make me feel important; that my invention or idea or business start up needs are as much their concern as they are mine. The variety of speakers continues to cover the pertinent topics and the connections with SCORE and the Small Business Administration (SBA) have helped me a great deal. It's the energy that develops in the room. The ideas, the interaction and the variety of knowledge among the attendees each month always gives me increased insight and enthusiasm for my product. The interaction and the enthusiasm of the attendees and the Brookfield community is what keeps me coming back."
