SVA Certified Public Accountants professionals Todd Clemens, Vanessa Conlin, Chris Fearn, Rachel McAlexander, and Sheri Springer have been promoted to Principal. The SVA Board of Directors announced these new promotions effective September 1, 2022.

Todd is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants and works with closely-held businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, and construction industries. His specialties include offering assurance services (audits, reviews, compilations, forecasts, and projections), mergers and acquisition services, fraud and litigation support services, and outsourced CFO services.
Vanessa is a Principal at SVA Certified Public Accountants and is responsible for audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements for clients in a wide variety of industries. She also assists with other agreed-upon procedure assurance engagements to address specific client issues. She prepares and oversees the preparation of audit fieldwork and required financial statements and supplemental schedules and assists clients with various other compliance-related issues with the plans.
Chris is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industries. In his role, he manages and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing projects receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. He also provides tax preparation, cost certification and various agreed-upon procedures for clients in the real estate industry.
Rachel is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants and works closely with businesses advising them on tax and accounting issues that may arise throughout the year. She provides guidance and support on a variety of issues including IRS and state audits, entity sales analysis, cancellation of debt, gifting, general accounting, various tax credits, and growth opportunities.
Sheri is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants with expertise in the real estate and nonprofit industry. In her role, she oversees and performs audits for owners of affordable multifamily housing units receiving Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. She also manages and performs audits for owners of projects receiving federal financial assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
